BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Sponsor

Bagel Madness (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by JBR Franchise Co (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of participation and who are registered members of the Jeff’s Bagel Run Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”). Loyalty membership is free and no purchase is required to join.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its franchise locations may participate in the Promotion and are eligible to earn rewards, provided they participate on the same terms and conditions as all other participants and do not receive any special advantage.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 3/1/2026 and ends on 3/15/2026 at 11:59pm EST (the “Promotion Period”). All bracket selections must be completed and submitted before the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Sponsor’s servers and systems shall be the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion.

4. How to Participate

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by:

  1. Accessing the Jeff’s Bagel Run mobile application;
  2. Navigating to the Bagel Madness feature;
  3. Selecting winners from sixteen (16) bagel flavors competing in a four-round bracket format; and
  4. Completing and submitting the bracket before the submission deadline.

Limit one (1) bracket per loyalty account. Duplicate entries, including those submitted through multiple accounts by the same individual, are prohibited.

5. Bracket Rules

All bracket selections must be completed and submitted in a single session. Partial or incomplete brackets will not be saved. Once a bracket is submitted, all selections are final and may not be modified, edited, or replaced.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful entries due to technical issues, system errors, connectivity problems, or user error.

6. Rewards and Determination

Rewards are awarded based on bracket accuracy as follows:

  • Two thousand (2,000) loyalty points for submitting a perfect bracket; or
  • One thousand (1,000) loyalty points for correctly selecting the champion bagel flavor.

Multiple participants may earn rewards, and there is no limit on the number of winners. Brackets will be scored automatically based on final results. Sponsor’s decisions regarding scoring, verification, eligibility, and reward issuance are final and binding in all respects.

7. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points awarded in connection with the Promotion:

  • Have no cash value;
  • Are not transferable;
  • May not be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards; and
  • May be redeemed only for eligible rewards in accordance with the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, adjust point values, or change eligible rewards at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

8. No Purchase Required

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in the Promotion or to earn rewards. A purchase will not increase the likelihood of earning rewards.

9. Fair Play and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant it determines, in its sole discretion, to have:

  • Used automated scripts, bots, macros, or other unauthorized methods to participate;
  • Created multiple accounts or attempted to circumvent participation limits;
  • Tampered with the Promotion or its administration; or
  • Violated these Terms & Conditions or acted in a disruptive, unfair, or unsportsmanlike manner.


10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any reward, except where prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any collegiate athletic organization, sports league, tournament, or governing body. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced in the Promotion are the property of their respective owners.

 12. Privacy

Information collected from participants in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Venue

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
