Welcome to the JBR Loyalty Program (“Program”), operated by JBR Franchise Co. (“Jeff's Bagel Run,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any additional terms provided in connection with specific Program features. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Overview of the JBR Loyalty Program

The JBR Loyalty Program is a free rewards program that lets members earn and redeem points (“Rewards”) for eligible purchases at participating Jeff's Bagel Run locations. Additional features may include special offers, promotions, and events.

2. Membership Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals residing in the United States who are at least 13 years old. Persons under 18 must obtain parental consent.
• Enrollment: Join by creating an account through the JBR mobile app. You must provide valid, accurate, and complete information. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Earning Rewards

• Earning Criteria: Rewards are earned on eligible purchases made at participating Jeff's Bagel Run locations. The rate of accrual and eligible purchase criteria are determined by the Program rules.
• Limitations: Rewards cannot be earned on taxes, tips, delivery charges, purchases of gift cards or purchases made with gift cards.
• Special Promotions: Occasionally, bonus rewards or other incentives may be offered. Specific terms for such promotions will apply.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Redemption Options: Rewards can only be redeemed through the JBR mobile app for select menu items or discounts at participating locations. Redemption rules, including item availability and point values, are subject to change.
• Non-Transferability: Rewards are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

• Modification Rights: Jeff's Bagel Run reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through updates on our website and app.
• Notice of Changes: Significant changes, such as point earning or redemption alterations, will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
• Termination: If the Program is terminated, members will have 60 days to redeem any remaining Rewards.

6. Fraud and Misuse

• Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent activity, including the unauthorized accumulation or transfer of points, may result in account suspension or termination.
• Fraud Prevention Measures: We employ cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access and misuse of accounts.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data to administer the Program, improve services, and send marketing communications.

8. Unclaimed Rewards

Rewards and account balances are promotional in nature and have no cash or monetary value. Points are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned under any circumstances. Participation in the Program does not establish ownership of the points, which remain the property of Jeff's Bagel Run. Rewards are offered solely for promotional purposes to encourage customer loyalty and are not intended to create any obligation to pay monetary value under any jurisdiction's unclaimed property laws.

Unused Rewards may expire after 2 years, as indicated in your account. Your Rewards Tier levels may reset to the base level every December 31. Please use your Rewards promptly to avoid expiration or forfeiture.

9. Consumer Protection

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those prohibiting unfair or deceptive practices. Material terms of the Program are clearly disclosed.

11. Disputes

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Exclusive Venue: Any legal action arising out of or related to the Program must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. By participating in the Program, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum.
• Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with Jeff's Bagel Run on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or similar proceeding. This means that any claim must be pursued individually, and not as part of a group or representative action.

12. Notice of Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to www.jeffsbagelrun.com, with reasonable notice provided via email or app notifications when possible.
