Jeff’s Bagel Run Christmas in July Sticker Design Contest Terms & Conditions

Jeff's Bagel Run invites fans to design our December 2026 sticker! Customers can submit original artwork inspired by Jeff's Bagel Run and the holiday season for a chance to have their design professionally prepared for production and distributed as our December monthly collectible sticker.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This competition ("Promotion") is sponsored by JBR Franchise Co (“Jeff’s Bagel Run”, located at 4190 Millenia Blvd., Orlando, FL 32839. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By participating, either as an entrant or an accepting prize winner, you agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the continental U.S. who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have internet access and a valid email address. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM EST on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 20, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. Submission Requirements

Artwork must:

Be original and created by the entrant, human-created artwork only
Incorporate a holiday or winter theme
Reflect the Jeff's Bagel Run brand in a positive way
Be suitable for all audiences
Be submitted digitally (PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector format preferred)

Artwork may include:

Jeff's Bagel Run bagels
Coffee
Cream cheese
Holiday characters
Winter scenes
Store mascots or brand-inspired illustrations, including the Jeff’s Bagel Run Running Bagel logo.

Artwork may not include:

Copyrighted characters, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by third parties
Jeff’s Bagel Run wordmarks (the use of the Running Bagel logo is allowed)
Offensive content
Political or controversial messaging
Competitor branding
AI generated artwork

6. Prize

A total of one (1) grand prize winner will be selected. The grand prize winner will have their original design used as the official December Jeff's Bagel Run promotional sticker, receive recognition on Jeff's Bagel Run social media channels, 5,000 Jeff’s Bagel Run loyalty points that will be deposited to the winner’s Jeff’s Bagel Run loyalty account through the official Jeff’s Bagel Run app (no cash value). Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

A total of four (4) finalists will be selected. The finalists will receive recognition on Jeff's Bagel Run social media channels for their original designs, and 3,000 Jeff’s Bagel Run loyalty points that will be deposited to the winner’s Jeff’s Bagel Run loyalty account through the official Jeff’s Bagel Run app (no cash value). Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards, and may only be redeemed for eligible rewards in accordance with the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

Jeff’s Bagel Run reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, adjust point values, or change eligible rewards at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Finalist Selection and Notification

The Jeff’s Bagel Run marketing team will review submissions and pick the top 5, ensuring finalists meet brand standards and submission guidelines.

The final five designs will be shared to the Jeff’s Bagel Run social media channels, where the associated community will vote for their favorite design. The design receiving the most valid votes will be selected as the winner.

To ensure a fair and authentic voting process, the use of bots, automated voting tools, or any other method intended to artificially increase votes is strictly prohibited. The Marketing Team will monitor voting activity for signs of suspected manipulation and reserves the right to disqualify any votes deemed invalid. Any votes determined to be the result of bot activity will not be counted, as determined solely by the Marketing Team.

Winners will be notified via email used for entry. Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to accept and claim the prize and agree to these Official Rules. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or refuses to agree to these terms, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner must execute an Artwork Assignment and Release transferring ownership of the winning design and all IP rights to JBR Franchise Co.

Winner must execute a Jeff’s Bagel Run Brand Ambassador contract.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner will be required to complete and return IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize.

9. General Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, accepting winners agree to:

Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Release Sponsor, its affiliates, and any social media platforms from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or the acceptance/use of any prize.
Permit Sponsor to use their name, likeness, social media handles, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Permit Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all submitted artwork for contact administration, promotion and marketing purposes.
indemnify and hold JBR harmless against claims of IP infringement or third party ownership rights.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, it determines the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law. 11. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each accepting winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any reward, except where prohibited by law.
